Project Overview
The Department of Social Services is testing a new beta version of their website and needs your feedback to ensure it's on the right track.
As a tester, your insights will help them improve the user experience for everyone.
You'll be asked to provide feedback on:
Your first impressions of the website
How easy it is to navigate
The accessibility of key features
Whether the website clearly communicates what the Department of Social Services does and the type of information it offers
Your input will make a real difference in shaping our client's website
What's Involved
In this testing project, you'll be given a few scenarios with specific objectives to complete. We're interested in seeing how you naturally interact with the Department of Social Services' new website from start to finish.
You'll also be asked to:
Test specific features to assess how relevant and easy they are to use
Complete a task that involves searching for information on the website to see how users look for topics related to the Department of Social Services
You'll compare the beta version with the current website to highlight any differences. This should only take a few minutes
Finally, you'll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire
It's great that our client is interested in early feedback from customers but please note, this beta website isn't live yet, and some functionality will be missing
