Industry Benchmarking

We're gathering insights to assess the accessibility and usability of essential services that have moved online.

 

Over time, services like government, banking, telecommunications, transport, and healthcare are becoming less available in person, making it critical that these online services are accessible to everyone.

Whats involved

You'll be asked to:

  1. Search for information on banking fees from 6 different financial institutions.

  2. Attempt to open a free bank account with each of these institutions.

  3. Navigate some basic account features once/ if you open an account. 

​

If you choose to participate, we kindly ask that you make genuine efforts to complete the entire account opening process, including meeting the identification requirements (if you're able to).

​

Your participation will provide real-life insights into the challenges Australians face when accessing banking services online.

 

These insights will help See Me Please work with the banking industry to improve the usability and accessibility of these services, ensuring that all Australians have equal access to banking services.
