RMIT University is rebuilding their learning platform for students. They are committed to ensure education resources are universally accessible with information available to all students. This is the first time they've conducted user testing, and because of budget constraints, they're starting with a very small group of three user testers.Â
They've prescribed education content and education collaboration features associated with their new learning platform for user testing. Following this user testing, they're exploring the value and effort of uplifting legacy content (both for accessibility and usability) and then prioritise and allocate resources accordingly.
