Project Overview
The NSW Government’s Department of Communities and Justice has just redesigned their core website. This government agency oversees the administration of a broad and diverse range of services for people in NSW. You’re invited to participate in this project to help the NSW Department of Community and Justice understand how accessible and easy their new website is to navigate.
What's Involved
This project includes 11 tasks, providing feedback across many different aspects of the Department of Communities and Justice new website.
Some of these tasks will take a minute or two to test a specific element, and others will require detailed feedback navigating a scenario.
The last activity is a detailed questionnaire. We kindly ask you to take the time to provide detailed written feedback in this survey. The survey questions provide essential insights into our project dashboard.
There is no login or end-to-end service required for this project. All feedback relates to their public-facing website.
